Assc. Administrator Training

Responsibilities:
  • Administers, organizes, and monitors in-house and overseas training programs that are planned & prepared by Training Analyst, with guideline from superior
  • Determines and selects the right in-house training venue for training implementation and performs the administration in booking and securing the training venue with guideline from superior
  • Prepares all in house training facilities/ materials
  • Handles all documents, service orders, and payment related to the training programs
  • Inputs training data and prepares regular progress report of training programs
  • Plans, schedules, implements and follows up program for Employee Education Programs
  • Develops and maintains training library to ensure effective usage
  • Maintains good relationship with government agencies, institution and other departments related to training matters
  • Prepares accrual of training every month which will be reported to Finance & Accounting department
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Has good knowlegde in operating computer (could operate MS Office and Lotus notes well),
  • Has good sense of customer service, a warm personality, sharp mind and good communication skills.
Head of Environment

Responsibilities:
  • Manages the resources for preparing environmental policies, procedures, and programs furthermore implements.
  • Evaluates and continually improves programs in order to prevent pollution and comply with relevant environmental regulations.
  • Responsibles for the environmental protection of CNOOC SES Ltd. offshore operations area and surrounding.
  • Performs constant relations with Exploration, Drilling, and Production Department as well as government agencies (SKK Migas, Migas, Minister for the Environment, and local government at Province and District Level).
  • Conducts full compliance with CNOOC SES Ltd. corporate HSE Policy, QHSEMS standard as well as government laws and regulations.
  • Coordinates with other oil company and government related to emergency response and regulations review.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a University degree in Science or Engineering: Chemical, Environment, Civil, Oceanography, Chemistry, or Biology.
  • At least 5 years work experience in oil and gas operations plus 7 years of environmental matters Or 9 years work experience of varied oil and gas operations plus 3 years of environmental matters
  • Certified in ISO 14000 Series of Environment, Environmental Impact Assessment (“Amdal A & B”)
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian and International environmental laws and regulations
  • Good written/ spoken language communication skill in English.
  • Shall have Good Relationships and Networking with related institutions.
Contract Engineer

Responsibilities: 
  • Supervises bidding process & contract administration for goods and services.
  • Coordinates bidding process with related Procurement & Legal Departments.
  • Defines scope of work, schedule of rate and other associated work related to services projects and or procuring goods including reviews and controls the propriety of the issued bid documents, alignment of terms and conditions with the scope of works and type of contract, and budget & cost control for AFE preparation.
  • Monitoring and controls  implementation of contract including the expiration date of contract to anticipate the further new tender process, amendment of contract etc.
  • Prepares whole process and award agreement of any Direct Selection for internal procurement  with some amount range.
  • Ensure compliance of health, safety, and environment policies and procedures in term of CNOOC VHSE MS requirement for bid documents package, contracts etc.
Requirements:
  • Minimum University Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Offshore or Shipping/Naval Architecture), fresh graduate is welcome.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Computer Literacy : Microsoft office is required
  • Knowledge on procurement procedure and contract administration in oil and gas industry operation is beneficial
  • Willing to learn and work-hard
Marine Engineer

Responsibilities:
Coordinates & inspects technical supervision of marine operations for group of vessels, maintenance, administrative, HSE of passengers or cargo vessels to comply with IMO, government & HSE regulations.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge in hard & soft skills that include engineering and financial aspects of procuring vessels.
  • Strong knowledge in marine aspects especially UIMO regulations, HSE policies & guidelines and procuring regulations as well. 
  • Willing to travel & familiar with certification needed.
