Requirements:
- Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
- Education min D3 degree
- Having good analytical thinking, problem solver and good communication skill
- Having a vast knowledge on internet and social media
- Having min 1 year experience as Customer Service is an advantage
- Willing to work in shift and work on holiday
- Able to work individually or within a team
Responsibilities:
- Giving a comprehensive solution to Tokobagus member
- Giving technical support to Tokobagus member via email, telephone and other application
- Able to solve common problem on computer and internet
