General Qualifications :
- Male/female age maximum 35 years old and education minimum D3/S1
- Experiences in HR & GA minimum 2 years
- Good physical and psychological condition
- Able to communicate well (upward, horizontal, and downward)
- Able to present ideas both spoken and/or written (presentation)
- Having passion for team building
- Having passion to improve higher work achievement
- Highly initiative
Specific Qualifications :
- Able to manage human resources development well
- Able to manage supporting working facilities (inventory/ asset), maintenance, building/vehicles and building security management
- Able to present good report
- Understand main business operation process of JNE
- Understand business process/ main process in express, courier, or logistic companies
- Able to lead and communicate message well
- Having endurance to work pressure, both directly or indirectly
- Able to make capacity analysys, improving efficiency and productivity
- Having ability to apply MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) well
- Able to operate internet well
