Job Specification:
Direct and coordinate overall activities of the Housekeeping Department. To supervise the maintenance of cleanliness and attractive appearance in Guest accommodation and Public area. To check all the laundry operation and make sure all the procedures / operations are applied according to the standard. Responsible to create and coordinate trainings or anything related to employee development programs. Give direction and control all activities relating to the Housekeeping dept. Ensure the hotel meets its financial and guest satisfaction objective.
Job Profile:
- Minimum Diploma degree graduation majoring Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1 year as Assistant Executive Housekeeper
- Good attitude and high motivation
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Service oriented person
