Qualifications:- Age 22 ~ 30 years old
- Male / Female
- Education : Min. Diploma 3 (Commerce, Finance/Accounting/Banking, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent)
- Min. 1 year experience as ocean/air freight
- Able to communicate in English
- B/R (SAP --> CELLO --> Liner IF)
- BC (Liner --> CELLO --> SAP IF)
- T/O (T/O, B/C --> PDT)
- Received export order 7 shipping arrangement
- LSP contact per shipping instruction from SEIN
- Trucking arrangement & customs clearance monitoring
- Special packing Arrangement
- G-ERP(SAP) System management (B/R, D/O, E/D, SR Creation)
- B/L : Liner receipt
- C/O: Request/Issue/Receipt
- P/L, C/I, S/I : EDI preparation
- L/C : Bank receipt & shipment Doc. Handling
- S/R creation based on DO (SEIN job procures)
- Ocean Export order and document / Data Handling (P/L, C/I)
- Shipping Particular management
- Bill of Lading Check operation
- BL ADV. Receiving and transmission & shipment Tracing management
- Invoicing management
ACCOUNT PAYABLE OFFICER (Lv. G2)

Qualifications:
- Age 22 – 30 years old
- Male / Female
- Min. Diploma
- Min. 1 year experience as Account Payable in freight forwarding company
- Able to communicate in English
- Total Account Payable Process (Allocation, Settlement, Overdue, Outstanding, Performance)
- Account Payable Payment Process
- Logistics Cost Tariff Management
- Handle inbound and outbound freight forwarder and local transport contractor
- Manage logistics supplier account, contract and performance
- Assist with Support manager
